Luxury Boutique hotel options like Hotel Barcelona Princess offer luxury as well as a charm that you won't find anywhere else. While hostels, campouts, and chain hotels have their place, these establishments are great for a romantic trip.
Though I have always enjoyed a good campout and I can't say I haven't stayed in my fair share or hostels and chain motels, boutique hotels are just something different.
